For Colette, the importance of quality in-home care is personal. Her father suffers from MS and dementia, and witnessing his decline has given her a unique insight into the challenges faced by those in need of private care, as well as their families. She brings this experience to her role as Registered Manager, ensuring that our clients' preferences and wishes are always taken into account when they initially join our service and during subsequent reviews of their care.

Colette is passionate about maintaining close contact with our clients and their families, and is always available to discuss any aspect of their care. She leads a team of dedicated and skilled home carers who share her commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Adele has been a part of our team since 2008 and has worked her way up through various roles to become an integral member of our management team.

Adele's journey with us began as a home carer, where she quickly gained a reputation for being kind, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. She then progressed to become a senior carer, where she was responsible for on-call support and providing guidance and support to both clients and the team.

Adele's experience and dedication led her to take on the role of care coordinator, where she excelled in ensuring that our clients received the best possible care and support. Her outstanding performance in this role eventually led to her becoming a manager.

With Adele's heart of gold and her massively caring nature, she brings a unique perspective and approach to her role as Business Development Manager. She is passionate about providing high-quality care that meets the individual needs of our clients, and is committed to continually improving our services.

We are privileged to have Adele as a member of our Kendal team and are confident that her experience, expertise, and passion will continue to benefit our clients and their families.
